haha I've had about 4 glasses of that yesterday...maybe I overdid it? :P
my throat is fine today, but now I have phlegm which is making my throat itchy, and hence the onslaught of coughing fits have descended upon me :(
but at least I don't feel like crap and I'm not lying in bed!
